We are seeking a Cyber Security Analyst I to join our team. This role will involve supporting enterprise-wide cybersecurity operations, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), vulnerability management, incident response, and maintenance of security tools. As a Cyber Security Analyst I , you will help deploy, manage, and monitor essential cybersecurity controls that safeguard infrastructure, applications, and data. This position requires hands-on experience with IAM systems, vulnerability remediation, security tools, and basic incident response.
In this role, the Cyber Security Analyst I will support day-to-day security operations, analyze threats, collaborate with IT teams, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to grow in cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities:Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations with required experience in Azure SSO and Okta .
Assist in the vulnerability management program by identifying, tracking, prioritizing, and driving remediation of security risks.
Maintain and help configure security tools, including IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and SIEM platforms.
Support incident response lifecycle: initial investigation, triage, containment, documentation, and reporting.
Contribute to the development and enforcement of cybersecurity policies, processes, and standards.
Perform routine security audits to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Stay informed on emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.
Document configurations, security incidents, investigation details, and system changes.
Provide technical guidance to IT staff and end users on security-related incidents.
Apply best practices across network, endpoint, cloud, and application security.
Bachelor s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
2 5 years of hands-on cybersecurity or related IT experience.
Certifications such as Security+, CEH, or CySA+ preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, IAM principles, and cloud security.
Experience working with security platforms and enterprise IT environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
