Position Overview Kwaan Bear IT Solutions is looking for a cleared Graphic Designer to strengthen the organizational brand and elevate the visual quality of internal and external learning materials. Design clear, engaging, and cohesive visual assets that support the department, reinforce our brand identity, and communicate complex ideas with simplicity and impact.
Job Responsibilities - Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all organizational materials, adhering to brand guidelines and strengthening brand recognition.
- Design high-quality learning and development assets, including e-learning content, presentations, infographics, job aids, workbooks, facilitator guides, and digital course elements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and communications partners to understand content needs and translate them into visually compelling designs.
- Create templates and design systems that streamline production and ensure consistency across teams.
- Manage multiple design projects with varying timelines, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and brand alignment.
- Review and refresh existing materials to modernize design and enhance clarity and usability.
- Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards (e.g., color contrast, readability), and best practices in learning design.
Minimum Qualifications - 2–5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably supporting corporate communications, learning programs, or organizational development.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout design, and digital learning or instructional materials.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides; bonus: Figma or Canva).
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for accessibility and digital learning environments (LMS-friendly formats, SCORM assets, or microlearning visuals a plus).
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
Education - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
