Student Opportunity – Customer Advocate

Qualifications:

• Be an active/enrolled student at Marshall University
• Have a passion for helping people
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to research, analyze, and determine appropriate actions in various situations
• Solve complex problems while exercising good judgment
• Approach life with a can-do attitude
• Enjoy working independently and with a team
• Comfortable with soft sales
• Must pass a background check

Work from Home & Equipment Requirements

• Work activity must be performed in a quiet and distraction-free location
• Your home workspace must be behind a closed door to ensure a secure environment for customer information
• Associates must have access to high-speed internet service through a hard-wired connection via ethernet cable
• Foundever provides the necessary equipment for this role! Please note you may need to provide your own Ethernet cable if your wall connection is over 6’ from your workstation

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality customer interactions as a Foundever employee in support of Intuit’s QuickBooks Online product
• Handle inbound service calls – no cold calling!
• Drive customer satisfaction by providing a world-class experience
• Navigate through multiple systems and tools designed for your success
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development
• Recommend product solutions for unique customer needs
