About Actikare As an Actikare caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the daily lives of seniors by providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities—helping them maintain independence and comfort at home. Compensation & Benefits * Competitive pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour (HCA & CNA) * Flexible work schedules * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and sick leave * Free continuing education and training * Referral program Caregiver Responsibilities * Provide warm, supportive companionship * Assist with mobility and ambulation, including walks and medical appointments * Help with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and activities of daily living * Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation * Monitor client well-being and report any concerns to the agency, medical professionals, and family members * Respond promptly and responsibly in emergency situations Caregiver Requirements * Active Washington State CNA or HCA certification, or proof of enrollment/completion of an approved training program * Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance * Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks * Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English * U.S. work authorization (required) * Dependable, punctual, and professional * Compassionate with excellent bedside manner * Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills * Physical stamina to perform job duties Schedule & Employment Details * Expected hours: 12–20 per week, with opportunities up to 40 hours * Employment type: Full-time or Part-time * Pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of background checks, fingerprinting, and verification of prior employment and/or character references.
