Apprentice HVAC Service Technicians to join our customer-obsessed team in Union, NJ. You will be a full-time student in the Service Professionals HVAC Academy for the Spring 2026 Class.

Fluency in English required.
What Will You Do? You will be attending trainings led by our in-house trainer, following a defined curriculum. Attendance will be strictly monitored.
We expect you to develop the skills required to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, leading customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions - All Trades and Warehouse Departments To perform the duties of this job, you are regularly expected to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop hands to finger, handle controls, hear, and talk. You must be able to reach with your hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot/cold environments such as crawl spaces. You will regularly lift 50+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work - you will be expected to be outside throughout multiple seasons.
