Job Description

1. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, or computer vision.
2. Analyze large datasets and perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering .
3. Build, train, and optimize models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn .
4. Conduct model evaluation and validation , including hyperparameter tuning and performance optimization.
5. Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate ML models into production systems.
6. Implement MLOps best practices , including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring of deployed models.
7. Develop and maintain documentation for model architecture, experiments, and workflows .
8. Keep up-to-date with latest research and advancements in machine learning, AI, and deep learning .
9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
10. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders and non-technical teams .
