Description We are hiring for a Part-Time Tasting Room Associate for a beautiful Winery in St Helena, CA Pay rate $22/hr plus commission Job Duties:  ~Responsible for hosting guests as they arrive at Wine Company Tasting Lounge and for ensuring a hospitable and professional atmosphere while providing our guests with the highest level of service possible in a friendly and efficient manner. ~Lead Wine Tastings:Guide guests through curated wine tasting experiences, explaining the characteristics, production methods, and stories behind each wine  ~Wine Education:Educate guests on wine varietals, viticulture, wine making processes, wine and food pairings, and the unique aspects of our winery and region. ~Hospitality:Create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for all guests. Anticipate and respond to guest needs to ensure exceptional experiences. ~Sales:Promote wine sales, wine club memberships, and winery events. Accurately process transactions and maintain knowledge of current offerings. ~Storytelling:Communicate the history, mission, and values of the winery in a compelling and engaging manner. ~Teamwork:Collaborate with tasting room staff to ensure smooth operations and uphold service standards. ~Event Support:Assist with special events, private tastings, tours, and off-site promotions as needed. ~Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date on all wines, current releases, and winery initiatives. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. ~Compliance:Adhere to all safety, legal, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.    ~1-2 years' experience in high- volume, luxury retail, restaurant or hospitality environment required.  ~Must present a polished and professional image.  ~Must be an organized multi-tasker and be able to remain calm under pressure in a busy work environment.  ~Able to lift 50lbs ~Able to work extended hours including evenings, weekends, and Holidays.  #nowhiring
