We are seeking a motivated and skilled Web Developer to join our growing team. This is a permanent remote position open to candidates across the UK, ranging from early-career developers to highly experienced professionals. You will be involved in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining modern web applications that are scalable, secure, and user-focused.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain responsive web applications
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers
Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
Debug, test, and troubleshoot applications
Follow best practices for security, accessibility, and coding standards
Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework/library (React, Angular, or Vue)
Familiarity with backend development (Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar)
Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
Understanding of responsive design and web accessibility principles
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
