Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing menu recommendations as needed.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth, efficient service.
- Handle guest questions and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized dining area at all times.
- Assist with table setup and restaurant preparation.
- Adhere to company standards and health & safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays .
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Must be currently residing in Mellieha or the surrounding areas .
- Skill Pass required, or willingness to apply for one.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn.
- Fluent in English ; additional languages are a plus.
