Job Description

1. Counsel students and clients regarding overseas education opportunities and visa requirements.
2. Assist in filling visa applications and reviewing required documentation.
3. Provide accurate information on country-specific visa rules, course options, and university selection.
4. Schedule and prepare applicants for visa interviews and embassy appointments.
5. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure timely submission of documents.
6. Coordinate with universities, embassies, and internal departments for application updates.
7. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
8. Maintain detailed records of student/client files and visa status.
9. Follow up with clients post-visa approval and manage post-departure services if required.
