Job Description

The Med/Surg/Tele RN will provide nursing care to patients in a medical/surgical and telemetry environment during the night shift. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and recovery plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Experience in a Med/Surg or Telemetry unit preferred.
