TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER TECHNICIAN
This is a remote position at project locations.
The offices are located in Watertown, SD, and Winter Park, FL.

Work Schedule - Monday – Friday 7:00 AM EST – 4:00 PM EST, with 1 hour lunch break
- Varying amounts of overtime and weekend work may be required, based on job location.
Job Summary Tower Systems is actively hiring experienced Tower Technicians who will perform all aspects of new construction, dismantles, upgrades, co-locations, inspections, microwave, mapping, civils, and foundations. They will perform maintenance on all types of existing towers from 60’ to 1500’.
Qualifications - Must be of good moral character, dependable, and honest.
- Understands and adheres to best industry standards.
- Proficient use of PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone, printer, camera
- Comprehends construction drawings, assembly drawings, RF data sheets, etc.
- Proficient in general industry knowledge, including rigging, knot tying, and signaling.
- Must exhibit good physical stamina to climb towers with the ability to lift, pull, and push 80 lbs.
- Must be able to crouch, kneel, twist, and climb with both hands.
- Trade certifications are a plus!
- Willingness to travel extensively away from the home market, nationally and internationally.
- Clean driving record.
