As the Support Technician in our Business Services Section, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll support the section by handling a variety of semi-professional analytical and administrative tasks. You’ll manage and safeguard confidential documents, prepare professional correspondence such as memorandums and reports, maintain tracking logs, and coordinate requests across the organization. You’ll regularly use Microsoft Office tools—including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Teams—to stay organized and communicate effectively.
You’ll also serve as a key connection point between the Business Services Section and department-wide staff. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll respond to inquiries through multiple channels, provide helpful guidance, and ensure requests are routed and resolved efficiently. At FI$Cal, we currently offer a remote-centered position with the flexibility of telework up to three days per week. In-office attendance is mandatory on designated days and is subject to change. Our office is located at 2000 Evergreen Street, Sacramento, CA. Candidates residing outside of California are welcome to interview, but proof of California residency is required before appointment. Please note, relocation and commute expenses are the responsibility of the employee.
This position requires prolonged sitting in an office-setting environment with the use of a personal computer.
