Job Description

  • Curate the entertainment program for Speakeasy and other F&B outlets. 
  • Lead and manage the Speakeasy Bar as a destination on its own, ensuring development of the Speakeasy Bar brand and compliance with the original concept and all curated service standards and procedures.
  • Lead and manage the Speakeasy Bar in achievement of its optimal financial performance and operational targets through establishment of a positive culture, clear expectations and policy and procedural implementation. 
  • Train and lead the team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed. 
  • Promote the growth and development of internal talent. 
  • Manage in partnership with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Communication, Marketing and Public Relations Manager the social media accounts of the restaurant in accordance with the marketing standards (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 year of food and beverage and/or management experience required. 
  • College degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management 
  • Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, human relations, maintenance and merchandising.
