Senior Production Scheduler – Direct Hire
Location: Joplin, MO
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000/year

Stand-By Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Senior Production Scheduler to join a leading manufacturing company in Joplin, Missouri. This is a direct hire opportunity for a proven scheduling professional with strong expertise in Primavera P6and a solid background in capital project planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of production control including planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple departments.
Create and manage manufacturing orders for assigned projects.
Maintain and update production schedules and shop capacity reports.
Lead weekly schedule review meetings with key stakeholders and departments.
Support Sales with proposal schedules and long-term capacity planning.
Proactively communicate project status and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in scheduling capital projects.
Proficient in Primavera P6and Microsoft Project .
Experience with MRP/ERP systems .
Strong communication and coordination skills.
High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
PMP certification and familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) are highly desirable.
