Salary: $130,000 - 180,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. You should possess at least 7 years of experience in data engineering or product management, particularly with large-scale data platforms and AI/ML enablement. Proven experience in multi-tier environments across business, technology, and operations is essential. You should also have expertise in Agile methodologies, user-centered design, and backlog management. Experience with tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, and Alation/Collibra is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• In the role of Sr Principal Product Owner – Enterprise Data Management, I will need you to implement the Data Operations strategy for our innovative data platforms. Your key responsibilities will include delivering capabilities that facilitate raw data acquisition and domain-based data ownership, as well as enabling AI-powered DataOps. You will operationalize medallion architecture (Bronze → Silver → Gold) to support scalable and governed data pipelines. Additionally, you'll translate business requirements into prioritized backlogs and sprint plans that drive AI enablement and data readiness. You'll also execute AI-integrated DataOps features, partnering with engineering and architecture teams to implement scalable ingestion pipelines and domain-specific data products. As a domain steward, you will enable the management and activation of data assets via platform capabilities, ensuring integration with the Enterprise Data Marketplace for discoverability of curated data products. Your collaboration will be crucial as you engage with various business units, data stewards, and technical teams to ensure alignment on governance, access policies, and platform features. You'll also be responsible for ensuring robust metadata management, lineage tracking, and policy enforcement across all data domains, collaborating with our Data Governance Executive Board to align platform capabilities with regulatory and business standards.

Our compensation ranges from $130,000 to $180,000, based on your experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
