Our client, a leading healthcare organization committed to innovation and operational excellence, is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Financial Planning team. As a trusted recruitment partner, we’re working closely with this client to find a highly analytical and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to contribute to long-range financial planning, scenario modeling, and the evaluation of key organizational initiatives. This role offers the chance to influence business decisions and present insights directly to senior leadership.
Lead complex financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to support key decision-making.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organization’s long-range financial plan, including scenario analysis focused on liquidity and leverage.
Support treasury operations such as cash and investment management, and ensure compliance with debt obligations.
Provide analytical support for the annual budgeting process.
Conduct cost variation and financial risk analyses using advanced statistical methods.
Analyze both internal initiatives and external opportunities from financial and market perspectives.
Prepare and present monthly management reports, identifying trends and strategic concerns.
Identify process improvements to increase data accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
Mentor junior analysts and support their professional development.
Lead modeling for compensation plans to assess and inform strategic design and financial impacts.
Stay up to date on healthcare and financial trends through ongoing self-education.
Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred (Bachelor’s with additional experience accepted).
At least 5 years of experience as a financial analyst, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong command of financial principles and advanced data modeling skills.
Proven expertise in statistical analysis and financial forecasting.
High proficiency in Excel; experience with Tableau or other BI tools strongly preferred.
Familiarity with financial systems such as Axiom, DecisionTools, or similar software is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to work independently or guide junior team members.
