This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer in the United States.

As a Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer, you will take end-to-end ownership of deployment, reliability, and systems automation for high-performance distributed platforms. This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic influence, shaping infrastructure standards and building a culture of automation, reliability, and scalability. You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines, automate operational workflows, and ensure high availability across production systems. Collaborating closely with engineering and security teams, you will drive infrastructure best practices while mentoring peers and improving reproducibility and observability across the technology stack. Accountabilities:

· Design, implement, and enforce infrastructure deployment patterns and standards.

· Build, extend, and automate CI/CD pipelines for safe, zero-downtime deployments.

· Develop mechanisms for automated rollbacks, canary releases, and safe migrations.

· Own infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) and eliminate manual server changes.

· Improve reproducibility for bare-metal and containerized environments.

· Enhance system observability across monitoring and telemetry stacks (Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Influx).

· Collaborate with security and engineering teams to advance enterprise-grade infrastructure maturity.

Requirements

· Extensive experience designing and operating production-grade infrastructure for highly available systems.

· Strong background in CI/CD, automated release processes, and deployment reliability.

· Expertise with infrastructure-as-code, containerization (Docker), and bare-metal setups.

· Experience with monitoring, observability, and telemetry systems.

· Ability to work autonomously while elevating engineering standards across the team.

· Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mentality, and a focus on technical excellence.

· Bonus: Experience with Rust, distributed systems, blockchain infrastructure, Solana validator setups, Linux/macOS systems, or high-stakes operational environments.
