The 4-Star Full Service property is nestled in the lush greens of Southern Colorado Springs and oversees Impressive mountain views, along with exciting activities like golf, swimming, and tennis . Position Overview: The Seasonal Banquet Cook is a culinary position that is open to cooks of all levels but candidates must have at least basic culinary skills or related cooking experience and good communication skills. This is typically a production position that requires total supervision and training.
Requires good communication skills.
3 years of previous line experience preferred.
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
Requires moderate supervision and training.
