Seamster/Seamstress
As a Seamster/Seamstress you will handle a range of tasks related to garment alterations and repairs.
Responsibilities:High school diploma required.
Full understanding of mending and construction techniques.
Computer skills helpful.
Ability to work in a fast paced and stressful environment
Seamstress / Seamster experience required
Must have knowledge of: straight stitch machine, overlock and blind stitch machines.
Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results
Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: carry and/or lift weight up to 30 lbs, stand/sit for 7 hours depending on work assignment, bend, kneel or move during course of 7 hours, and push or pull garment rack up to 50 lbs.
