Salary: $131,175 - 218,625 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant SAP consulting experience.
• At least 4 full life cycle SAP implementations focusing on data migration projects.
• A minimum of 3 years serving as a Data Lead, overseeing a team to deliver data migration solutions.
• Experience with Material, Customer, and Vendor Master Data conversions.
• A strong understanding of Data Migration Methodology (ETL), encompassing profiling, cleansing, and validation activities.
• Proficiency in utilizing various data migration tools and solutions applicable to SAP data migration implementations (e.g., Syniti, BODS, MDG).
• Knowledge of ABAP Development Programming Skills.
• Experience with S/4 HANA implementations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on job requirements and the clients and sectors served.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading clients and address their most challenging issues. Your tasks will include:
• Supporting client initiatives related to data planning, strategy, and execution.
• Managing development and testing activities throughout the data migration process for S/4 HANA implementations.
• Leading the data team through the scope, extraction, mapping, and loading of both master and transactional data sets from multiple sources into the SAP system during the project phases and go-live.
• Driving and supporting SAP Technology pursuits and Practice Development initiatives.
• Establishing external recognition across the sub-capabilities within SAP.

The salary range for this role reflects a variety of factors considered when making compensation decisions, including skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is between $131,175 and $218,625.

Additionally, you may qualify for participation in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to its governing rules, with potential awards based on individual and organizational performance.
