What You’ll Do

• Meet clients in their homes to assess needs and present custom cabinet solutions
• Close sales and provide excellent customer service
• Build a referral-based business through strong relationships and follow-up
• Manage appointments and client communications using our CRM tools

Who We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals
• Energetic, self-motivated, and coachable
• Comfortable working independently and in clients’ homes
• Organized and tech-savvy
• Available for evening and weekend appointments across the Greater Houston area
• Successful team members take ownership of their learning and development, using available resources and training to grow their skills

Compensation This is a 100% commission-based role. Your income is directly tied to your effort, engagement, and ability to close deals. We provide the tools, training, and leads—you bring the drive.
