Zimmer Marketing is seeking a proven sales professional with advertising agency or large account management experience to join our team. This role focuses on developing and growing partnerships with key accounts and larger regional businesses by delivering comprehensive, data-driven marketing solutions.

Our ideal candidate has a track record of winning and managing six-figure accounts, is highly strategic in approach, and thrives in building long-term relationships with decision-makers. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in media sales, digital marketing, integrated branding campaigns, and multi-channel solutions.

About The Role

  • This will be a base plus salary role
  • Identify, prospect, and win new key accounts and larger-scale opportunities.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted marketing advisor.
  • Develop tailored cross-channel strategies that include broadcast, digital, and branding solutions.
  • Execute impactful presentations and negotiate long-term marketing agreements valued at $25K–$100K+.
  • Manage account growth by upselling and increasing multi-platform spend with existing clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of advertising agency experience or equivalent managing high-value accounts.
  • Proven ability to close complex deals with annual budgets of $25K or more.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in planning and executing multi-channel advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Broadcast and Digital solutions such as PPC, Targeted Display, Paid Social, OTT/CTV, SEO, and Website Development.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
  • Comfortable prospecting at the executive/decision-maker level.
  • In-person role – must be able to demonstrate a record of success in securing and growing large-scale digital marketing deals.
