Job Description Insight Global is seeking a passionate and seasoned Software Engineer who can design, develop, and maintain web applications that support our core business operations. Our organization partners with transportation companies to simplify compliance and keep fleets running smoothly. We handle everything from DOT and FMCSA regulatory support to driver qualification file management, drug and alcohol testing programs, and employment screening. Our team also provides ongoing MVR monitoring, Clearinghouse assistance, and tailored policy development. With training services, audit preparation, and technology-driven tools. We help businesses stay safe, compliant, and focused on growth. The perfect fit for us is a full-stack developer with a keen eye on React, Django, Python, and Microsoft SQL Server. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Django and Python. - Build modern, responsive user interfaces in React. - Optimize database queries and schema design in Microsoft SQL Server. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. - Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, and system design. - Ensure application security, performance, and reliability through testing and monitoring.
