Job Summary

• As a RN-Psychiatric on our team, you will have the chance to: 

Essential Functions

• Provide administrative support, performs clerical and customer service functions, as well as non-technical duties in the hospital
• Greets visitors and communicates with patients and providers
• Places, answers, and directs phone calls and distributes messages
• Organizes, coordinates, and schedules meetings and appointments

Licenses/Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) (within 30 days of hire) American Heart Association
• Licenses: Valid Wisconsin RN
• Handle with Care required (within 30 days of hire

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of patient care experience in a hospital setting preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in behavioral health unit preferred
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
