Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for diverse manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and skilled trades.
• Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within a production environment.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms for candidate management and reporting.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for current and future manufacturing openings.
• Advise on compensation packages and market trends specific to the manufacturing industry.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for various manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and skilled trades.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and required technical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract passive candidates for hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively partner with hiring managers and candidates in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with common manufacturing processes or skilled trades.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce (e.g., Spanish).
• Experience with advanced sourcing techniques for niche technical roles.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
