Healthcare Recruiter - Urgent Opening - “Experienced working with healthcare clients”

• Job Title: Recruiter
• Location: New York, NY 10041 - Correctional Health Services
• Shift Schedule: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 40/Week.
• Duration of the Contract: 13 Weeks (with Highly Possible Extension).

Requirements:

1 year of Recruiter Experience - Healthcare

Skills:

• Experience using an applicant tracking system
• Prior experience in a recruiting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic knowledge of Excel
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.

Skills: Develop a working knowledge of the COVID 19 testing department to identify hiring needs. Work creatively with departments to help create recruitment plans and identify resources for outreach Review applicant pool to ensure candidates meet corporate and functional qualifications. Manage and track requested job posting and applicant resume submittals. Run weekly and monthly reports on posting to ensure a timely turn around on filling positions. Find and attend external job fairs and hiring events Work with Universities/Colleges and department leaders on managing their student internship, Residents and fellowship pool.
