Of Counsel – Real Estate Attorney (Partnership Opportunity)

The Staff Pad has partnered with a fast-growing, multi-state law firm that provides high-quality legal services in civil litigation, probate, real estate, and business law. With a strong reputation for client advocacy and results, the firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney (Of Counsel) licensed in Colorado .
This opportunity is not a traditional full-time employment role. It is designed for a solo practitioner or small firm attorney looking to supplement their existing practice . The partnership-style arrangement offers approximately 10–15 hours per week , with the flexibility to take on additional matters. Attorneys will collaborate with the firm in a revenue-sharing structure , earning up to 40% of revenue generated while maintaining their independence and existing client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on a variety of real estate transactions and property matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, and leases.
Handle title, zoning, and land use issues.
Represent clients in disputes, negotiations, and litigation when needed.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing timely, high-quality service.
Qualifications:
Licensed attorney in Colorado .
8–10 years of experience in real estate law.
Expertise in both transactional real estate and dispute resolution.
Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment.
Compensation & Structure:
Revenue-sharing model based on billed and collected revenue.
Earn up to 40% of revenue generated .
Supplemental caseload support with firm-provided resources.
Partnership-style arrangement —not an employee position.
