The Role:

• We are seeking a results driven Program Director to lead complex, cross-functional programs across the Product Technology organization.

• This role is responsible for aligning program objectives with organizational goals, managing program teams, and ensuring successful outcomes across multiple initiatives using program management best practices.

The Main Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional engineering programs from strategic planning through execution and delivery

• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, and risk logs/mitigation plans

• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence

• Build and manage governance frameworks to ensure effective communication of program updates, dependencies, risks, and changes

• Ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget, managing resources and coordinating efforts across teams and third-party partners

• Contribute to strategic business planning to achieve organizational objectives

What We Look For In a Candidate

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 10+ years of relevant leadership experience managing complex technology programs

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, drive clarity in ambiguity, and operate at both strategic and tactical levels

• Strong relationship-building skills with business and technology partners; able to influence and collaborate across the organization

• Demonstrated urgency, accountability, and high standards for self and team

• Results-oriented, decisive, and hands-on leader with strong program management and business acumen.

• PMI and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
