Program Manager (Lead Transformational Projects)

This is fully remote. But will have to travel to clients from time to time. Estimated 30% travel

Pay $60-$75 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to orchestrate large-scale initiatives that span multiple technologies and teams. In this pivotal role, you’ll mentor project managers and drive excellence across the organization, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and profitability.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program management, particularly within the Professional Services industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to assign tasks, monitor progress, and drive team engagement.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a solid understanding of process improvement.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executive management.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying risks and developing effective mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project.
• Valid PMP or equivalent certification.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint site development and editing.
• Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Experience leading multi-year programs or initiatives involving multiple vendors and stakeholders.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel as necessary to support program needs.
• Aptitude for conducting program audits and ensuring adherence to best practices.
