We are currently seeking a **Power BI Developer - Remote** to join our team in **Frisco** , **Texas (US-TX)** , **United States (US)** . **Responsibilities:** + Designing and developing Power BI and SSRS reports, dashboards, and visualization solutions that align with business requirements. + Creating and maintaining data models, data flows, and ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient data extraction and transformation. + Writing complex SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources and transform it into meaningful insights. + Conducting client/user meetings to understand report requirements and expectations. Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure the reports meet their needs. + Report Deployment and Training: Designing and deploying reports in Power BI and SSRS. Providing training and support to end-users on report generation and usage. + Performance Optimization: Identifying and implementing performance optimization techniques for Power BI and SSRS reports, ensuring optimal speed and efficiency. + Implementing data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data presented in reports. + Applying data visualization best practices to create compelling and user-friendly reports that effectively convey insights and drive decision-making. + Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Creating and maintaining documentation for data models, ETL processes, and report development methodologies. Sharing knowledge and best practices with team members. **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience in Power BI and SSRS report development. + Strong proficiency in SQL programming, database design, and data modeling. + Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Services, and/or other Azure Data Platform services will be a plus + Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience working with large datasets. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders. **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
