About the job
You are our brand advocate. In this role and together with the team, you will:
- Strive for excellence in every customer interaction.
- Build a loyal portfolio of customers by establishing strong relationships with existing customer and actively recruiting new customers to the Swarovski loyalty programs.
- Actively encourage customers to play and experiment with their style with supporting with creative flair and styling advice, tailored to the customer personality.
- Perform as a team player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the Flagship.
- Pay range $22.00 - $25.00 per hour with the ability to participate in a sales incentive bonus pay program. The compensation displayed is a good faith estimate for this position.
