Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is currently hiring a pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at our McMinnville, Oregon location . Job Type: Occupational Therapist - Full or Part Time Available.

Full-time: Starting at 30 client hours/week. Option to work between 30-40.


Base Pay Rate: 

  • Full Time Salary $79,191.67 - $102,543.06 annually. Based on experience and 40 hours.
  • Part time Salary: $54.81 - $76.96 per client hour. Based on experience.

Rural Pay Rate: 5% increase on base salary (McMinnville location only, must have at least 30 clients in this location).

Pay Rate : $54.81 - $76.96 base per client hour. DOE.

Qualifications:

  • Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Previous experience working in pediatrics is preferred. 
  • New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
  • Comfortable sharing spaces (limited individual treatment rooms).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
  • Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the client's care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
