Responsibilities:Position Summary:
Reporting to the PTS Operations Manager, the incumbent provides management and daily operational oversight for ICMC and CAC Health System parking operations and enforcement operations, which includes the immediate supervision (hiring, evaluating, corrective action, etc.) of enforcement and valet staff. Assumes responsibility for permit and citation adjudication programs. Reconciles monthly sales/revenue reports, audits payroll deduction reports, permit records, and department expenses. Oversees coordinating special event parking services. Assisting the PTS Operations Manager with monitoring contracted services (maintenance, shuttle, valet, etc.). Arranges for and coordinates contracted work for facilities and upgrades to systems. Initiates and processes interdepartmental recharges, work orders, and service requests. Assists with researching and compiling annual departmental operating budget, trends, and variances.
