We are looking for an experienced paint prep technciian to join our team. We have large used car inventory and customer pay stream of work and need a technician with experience that will be able to prep cars and trucks for our lead painter. Responsibilities * taping off areas for painter

• blocking and sading
• applying bondo
• wet sanding, buffing finished product

Qualifications

• Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
• Must be able to cooperate and work well with teammates
• Must meet the performance standards
• The ability to take direction and developmental advice from Management.
