Job Title : Overnight Summer Camp Security Guard

Location : Hendrix College, Conway, Arkansas

Dates : June 22 - June 26

Time : 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Pay : $20/hour ($800 total)

Job Summary : We are seeking a reliable and vigilant security guard to provide overnight security for a summer camp for students with disabilities at Hendrix College. The primary responsibility is to ensure student safety by monitoring for any wandering or potential risks of leaving the camp.

Key Responsibilities :

• Be present and vigilant throughout the entire 8-hour shift each night (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
• Monitor the camp grounds and ensure students do not wander or leave the designated areas.
• Follow all camp security protocols and procedures.
• Report any concerns or incidents to the camp director or designated personnel.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor.

Required Skills and Qualities :

• Ability to be vigilant and attentive throughout the shift.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to handle potentially stressful situations calmly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. 

Important Note : This position requires your presence for the entire shift each of the five nights (June 22 - June 26).
