Summer engineering intern position to support the development of Micro Wave products and improvement of related manufacturing processes. This is a dynamic position for an individual to work as part of Corning Advanced Optics’ mechanical design team. Focus will be to work on new designs for RF Microwave connectors, optimizing fabrication and metrology methods. Responsibilities may include mechanical design/engineering, new product introduction, process development / process control, design of experiments, modeling / analysis support of RF interconnect designs.
This position does not support immigration sponsorship.
The range for this position is $1,635.00 - $3,185.00 biweekly. Starting pay for the successful applicant is prescribed based on geographic location, nature of position, and year in school.
