Position: Marketing Consultant 1 - Contingent
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Responsibilities:

• Support sponsorships, including marketing materials, logo distribution, and ads.
• Act as a liaison with internal design teams and stakeholders to develop marketing flyers, brochures, biographies, meeting agendas, and other materials.
• Coordinate and manage regulatory approvals for marketing materials.
• Assist in processing and executing invitations for hundreds of events annually for the line of business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and compliance teams to ensure timely approvals.

Qualifications:

• 6 months of experience in Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, or Digital Platforms (e.g., Mobile or Social Media), demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Proficiency in design studio applications and Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of digital marketing platforms, including mobile and social media.
• Strong relationship and collaboration skills within a large corporate environment.
• Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) services.

Interview Process:

• Single round - Video interview (30 minutes).
• A portfolio is nice to have but not required.

Pay Range: $35 - $38

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
