Are you creative, energetic, and full of great ideas? Open Road Harley-Davidson is seeking a Marketing & Events Manager to lead our marketing efforts and bring our brand to life. This role is responsible for producing, posting, monitoring, and engaging with true-to-brand content across all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and execute all social media content on a daily basis
Develop, design, and deploy email marketing campaigns aligned with communication, retail, and sales strategies
Create content, design updates, and maintain the day-to-day functionality of the company website
Plan, implement, and follow up on company events
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful rollout of integrated marketing and event strategies
Oversee donations and charitable giving requests
Provide copywriting support as needed
Assist with video and photo content creation as needed Requirements: Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Docs
In-depth understanding of social media platforms, web-based applications, and current digital marketing trends
Experience using social media and digital analytics tools
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
Video production and/or editing experience is a plus
