⚪ A self-motivated and coachable individual.
⚪ Previous experience in sales or insurance (is a plus but not required).
⚪ Ability to obtain an insurance license (if not already licensed).
⚪ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
⚪ Tech-savvy and comfortable with online platforms.
