Job Description

Work with the Team Leader to managing projects from inception through construction and installation. Communicate and collaborate with other designers, vendors, and contractors throughout the project timeline.

What You'll Do 

• Produce schematic and construction documents using AutoCAD or Revit, Adobe Suite, MS Office
• Research and coordinate design features
• Fixture and finish selections
• Order samples
• Price checking/Vendor coordination
• Assist Project Manager with project schedules
• Assist with construction administration and drawings
• Assemble design presentations within project scopes of work

What You'll Bring

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture, preferably from an accredited institution
• 2-4 years of experience in interior design
• Experience in multi-family, commercial and/or hospitality industries
• Highly developed skills with AutoCAD and Revit, a must, and strong knowledge of Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop), MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint), MS Project a plus etc.
• Working knowledge of modeling software (Sketch-up, 3D Studios, Rhino 3-D, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal and graphic communication, organizational and collaborative skills
• Experience Delivering unique design within a defined budget
