Responsibilities: Sell nonstandard auto insurance policies to both new and returning customers. Proactively build relationships with clients to meet and exceed sales targets. Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure timely bank deposits with proper documentation. Identify the right insurance solutions for each customer through clear communication and active listening. Follow up on leads and provide excellent service to retain and grow customer relationships. What We’re Looking For: Preferred: Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license (but not required). Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Experience in sales or customer service roles. High School diploma or GED required. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. A driven, goal-oriented mindset with a desire for career advancement. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Comfortable using technology and agency management systems.
