Job Description

ZGF is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in our Seattle , WA  office to join our People + Culture team coordinating HR initiatives and processes within the office, with the ability to support firm-wide HR initiatives.

As Human Resources Coordinator, you will…

• Manage candidate hiring process using applicant tracking system
• Coordinate new hiring processes, direct liaison between HR and business office
• Organize new hire onboarding and first day agendas for assigned offices
• Process new hire paperwork, including I9 forms utilizing eVerify
• Manage and assist in facilitating employee performance review process for assigned offices
• Aid in HR efforts including personnel, benefits, and professional development
• Facilitate all new employee onboarding sessions
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of human resources experience
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred
• Knowledge in employment laws and regulations
• Proficient with numbers, data, insights, analysis, Microsoft Office Suite, technology and HR systems
• Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Never-failing positive, can-do attitude
• Organized and thoughtful in managing functions and workload, detail oriented
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Trustworthy and mature, ability to be discreet with sensitive information
• Able to work independently exercising workload and prioritization
• Prior experience in architecture, design or creative company preferred

Base Salary Range

$65.000/yr - $70.000/yr depending on skills and experience.
