Affirmed Home Care, a leading concierge home care agency in New York, is actively hiring experienced and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for per diem positions in Yonkers, NY . We offer immediate local cases , flexible scheduling, and dependable support—so you can focus on what matters most: quality care.
$21.00 per hour
Local Yonkers cases — minimal travel
Day shifts available (6–12 hours)

As a Certified Home Health Aide with Affirmed Home Care, you will provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients in Yonkers and nearby Westchester communities. This per diem role is ideal for HHAs seeking consistent work, flexibility, and professional support .
Assist with personal care and daily hygiene
Provide medication reminders
Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
Offer companionship and emotional support
Promote client safety, dignity, and independence
Valid NYS HHA Certificate
Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within the past year
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years
MMR immunization within the past 10 years
