Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support our private-pay clients throughout FARMINGDALE, NY . This per diem role offers flexibility, meaningful one-on-one care, and the opportunity to work with an agency that truly values its caregivers.
Position Type: Per Diem
Coverage Area: FARMINGDALE, NY
Availability Needed: Day and weekend shifts (6–12 hours)
Start Date: Immediate
Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00 per hour
Flexible Scheduling: Choose shifts that fit your availability

1:1 Client Care: Focused, personalized care with each client
Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Offer companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Promote a safe, comfortable home environment
Follow individualized care plans
Current New York State HHA Certification
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
Dependable, compassionate, and professional
Physical exam within the past year
Valid PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
Proof of MMR immunization (within the last 10 years)
Driver’s license preferred
