The Opportunity

As part of the Health Industries team you will lead data-driven solutions across Payer, Provider, Pharma, Biotech, and Med Devices. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations while overseeing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

- Manage proprietary datasets and developing analytics assets

- Create meaningful insights that shape client and firm strategies

- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance thought leadership

- Utilize storytelling to convey commercial insights to C-suite executives

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Public Health, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer Science

- 8 years of experience in commercial data & analytics, strategy, or related roles within Health Industries

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree preferred

- Demonstrating thought leadership in data and analytics

- Leading top-performing data science and analytics teams

- Utilizing platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

- Applying machine learning to business challenges

- Presenting impactful insights to C-suite stakeholders

- Translating analytical findings into strategic recommendations

- Staying ahead of healthcare trends and industry developments

- Demonstrating hands-on experience with datasets in Health Industries

- Possessing proven proficiency and skills in Python and/or R for data manipulation and modeling

- Leveraging hands-on experience using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker in a commercial context

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $495,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
