Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Contact prospects to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Education & Advice: Explain the benefits and features of life insurance policies and help clients make informed decisions.
• Quote Presentation: Prepare and present insurance quotes clearly and professionally.
• Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Tracking: Record all sales activities, interactions, and follow-ups accurately.
• Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent Communication: Clear, persuasive, and professional in both verbal and written interactions.
• Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to influence and close sales while building strong client relationships.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain lasting client connections and ensure satisfaction.
• Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Drive to meet and exceed sales targets independently.
• Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with life insurance products and regulations (training available for qualified candidates).
• Simplified Explanation: Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in plain, understandable terms.
