We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their food and beverages promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Duties

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
• Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are correctly prepared and presented.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bussing tables as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs.
• Adhere to food safety standards and proper handling procedures at all times.
• Assist in food preparation tasks as required, including cooking and plating dishes.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Experience in banquet service or catering is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• A background in culinary arts or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
