Insight Global is looking for a Fire Prevention Officer to join a growing and expanding team supporting the Advanced Manufacturing Industry. This role involves overseeing fire and life safety operations, including emergency monitoring, dispatch, and response, as well as conducting inspections and training. The position manages the site's Emergency Operations Center and ensures all fire protection systems and equipment are properly maintained and compliant with codes. It includes leading firefighting, rescue, and emergency medical services, and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies. The role also develops and delivers safety education and training programs, manages disaster prevention initiatives, and leads the Emergency Response Team. Technical expertise in fire detection, suppression systems, and hazardous material mitigation is essential for success in this position. The schedule for this role will be M-F 8am - 5pm and will be looking to pay up to $60K based on an evaluation of relevant YOE, education and additional certifications.

Skills and Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of experience as a Fire Fighter 1 or 2
Experience with Fire Code Enforcement
Knowledge of Building & Fire Code Requirements
Knowledge of NFPA and IFC Standards Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) - EMT certification recognized in Arizona
Incident Command System (FEMA ICS-100/ICS-200 or equivalent)
National Incident Management System (FEMA IS-700 or equivalent)
Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) licensed - EMT-Basic (EMT-B)
