Job Description We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events ranging from corporate meetings to social gatherings. As an Events Assistant, you will be tasked with ensuring that all operational aspects of events are executed flawlessly, keeping a keen eye on detail and logistics. You will work closely with event managers and vendors, providing support throughout the event lifecycle Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish, ensuring all details are catered for.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for event services including catering, decor, and audio-visual needs.
• Manage registrations and participant communications, ensuring all attendees have relevant information before events.
• Set up and break down event spaces, including arranging furniture and decorations according to event specifications.
• Help develop event materials such as programs, brochures, and signage that communicate event information clearly and effectively.
• Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that may arise and ensuring a seamless experience for guests and clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in event coordination or related experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
